By accessing the the code flix platform or engaging with our strategic services, you formally agree to be bound by the dynamic protocols described below. If you do not accept these architectural constraints, you are restricted from utilizing our technical frameworks.

1. The Vision Profile

Our core engagement is focused on "TheCodeFlix: Engineering world-class, multi-tenant SaaS ecosystems and dynamic software solutions that empower global businesses to scale with total autonomy.". Every project inquiry we receive is processed against this high-performance standard to ensure strategic alignment.

2. Intellectual Ownership

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in a signed Master Service Agreement (MSA), all technical frameworks, custom components, and architectural logic presented on this portfolio remain the inclusive intellectual property of the code flix. No part of this engine may be reproduced or reverse-engineered without formal authorization.

3. Engagement Guidelines

Our services are provided on a Performance-Basis. While we strive for zero-fault technical execution, we do not provide absolute warranties on the infinite scalability of third-party ecosystems or emerging protocols.

• All technical proposals are valid for 30 cycles (days).
• Strategic direction may pivot based on refined technical discoveries.
• The client maintains ownership of final data; we maintain ownership of core engine logic.

4. Liability Boundaries

In no event shall the code flix or associated engineers be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental performance faults resulting from external API outages, cloud provider latency, or unauthorized access to client deployment environments.

5. Governing Protocol & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the code flix is primarily registered. We favor Strategic Resolution over formal litigation.

In the event that legal proceedings are required, you formally agree that all court cases and contractual disputes shall be subject to the Exclusive Jurisdiction of the courts located in:
